Refund & Returns Policy

What is the process to return or exchange?

A request for an exchange or return must be submitted at or VIA Whatsapp/Call on +91 96253 11752 within 14 days of receiving your order.

The items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Our feeders  won’t be viable for exchange if it has already been used by your pet. The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or exchange can be issued. Items are eligible for exchange only once. We do not accept any exchanges for items marked as FINAL SALE or on any current offers e.g.; Flash sales or seasonal/festive sales.

In order to exchange your items, a return fee will be incurred by the client for shipping purposes basis the below tranches.

- Rs 250/- for Feeders, Toys, Apparel, Blankets & Accessories.

- Rs 750/- for Elevated Diners, Beds & Bundles.

- We do not accept returns/replacements for our grooming range to maintain hygiene standards and protocol. 

(These prices are calculated keeping the item volumetric size and weight in mind).

Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their item.

 Please note, the above returns policy applies to all purchases made via the website only.

What is the refund policy?

We ONLY refund those items which have reached the customer in a damaged condition. In such cases we either initiate a full refund or replace the product - depending on the preference of the customer. 

If the product has reached in perfect condition but the customer chooses to return it due to size, colour or preference then we only do exchanges or extend store credit. Refunds are not viable in such cases.

How long will it take to process my return / exchange?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, the entire exchange process can take up to 14 business days. If you require a change of address for your exchange postage, you will need to contact us at and await our confirmation.

What if an item I purchased is out of stock?
If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Do you have a return pick up service for items that need to be returned / exchanged?
Yes, We provide the pickup service.
