Q: Can we update / cancel our order post confirmation?
It is not possible to cancel an order post billing, however, a customer can return their order for store credit after receiving their shipment.

Q: What if a product is too big or too small for my pet?
We provide size comparisons and recommendations for all our products which can give you an intimation of which size is best suited for your pet. Incase there is still an issue with sizing, we have an exchange policy.

Q: What are the different modes of payment available?
We accept Credit Card & Cash on Delivery Payment. Debit Card & UPI Payments will be available shortly.

Q: How will I know that my order is confirmed?
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an email from our Pawpourri team to confirm the order.

Q: How long will it take to ship our Pawpourri order?

If the product is in stock, we are able to ship within (7-10) working days. Feel free to contact us to check the status of your order.​

Q: What if I have received a damaged product?
Upon receiving the product, if the item(s) is damaged, please share an image and send us an email on info@pawpourri.org or via Whatsapp on +919625311752 . Pawpourri will need to be informed about damaged product(s) within 24 hours of the customer receiving the shipment for the product to be replaced by Pawpourri. We will only replace the item(s) if they have reached the customer in a damaged condition.

Q: Where can I see the status of my order?
This will be shared with you via a tracking link on your email address along with your order confirmation.

Q: Can I place a custom order?
You can reach out to us on Info@pawpourri.org to place any custom orders however all customisation will include an additional fee.

Q: What does pre-order mean and how long does the order take to be fulfilled?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. We will ship the same to you once available. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available.

Whether the product is out-of-stock or soon to be launched, pre-orders act as a kind of reservation that guarantees you access to it at the earliest.

Most of our Pre-ordered items will be dispatched within 6-8 weeks of the item being listed (if not earlier). An estimated dispatch & delivery date will be mentioned on the product listing itself.
